Getting started
Prepare the workspace, create a first template, connect a printer, and verify the result through a print job.
Before you start
Sign in and select the tenant you want to work in. Projects, templates, agents, printers, jobs, and credentials are isolated by tenant.
The pages and actions you can see depend on the roles and permissions assigned to your account.
- For design-only work, you need access to Projects and the template editor.
- For physical printing, you also need a connected Print Agent and a printer discovered by that agent.
- For an external print client, a manager must create integration credentials.
Complete the first workflow
- 1
Open Projects
Create a project or select an existing one. Projects keep related templates together.
- 2
Create a template
Choose a name, width, height, unit, and DPI. The editor opens the new blank label.
- 3
Build and save the label
Add text, shapes, images, barcodes, or QR codes. Use dynamic fields for values supplied at print time.
- 4
Connect the printer
Download the stable agent, start it on the printer network, and approve its pairing request for the active tenant.
- 5
Submit a print
Open Print, choose project, template, printer, format, orientation, quantity, and data, then launch the request.
- 6
Check the job
Open Jobs to inspect state, reason, printer, template, copies, label count, and assigned agent.
